Dr. Jared’s Dental Journey
Coming from New York City, Dr. Jared Helfant went down to Florida to take his undergraduate studies at the University of Florida. Then, he was planning to become a surgeon but took the other path when he started working at a dental clinic.
“I love the hand on the aspect of dentistry and the creativity and I decided to change my path down down that route I went to dental school at New York University,” Dr. Jared Helfant said in Lauderhill Mall Talks. The inspiration that keeps driving Dr. Jared Helfant is the experiences he has encountered.
“I've met a lot of great people along the way and you know getting somebody out of pain, it sounds so basic but people are in pain for months weeks you know sold years because they just can't afford it or aren't educated enough on how to get that taken care of,” Dr. Jared Helfant added in Lauderhill Mall Talks.
Dr. Jared Helfant has been doing free dental services for years and Dental Team Kids might conduct another service again in the following months.
