Safety Measures & Health
Lauderhill Mall remains committed to the safety and well-being of our staff, merchants, and valued customers.
Mall employees
The Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) says that vaccinated people can now remove their masks. However, Lauderhill Mall still encourages its employees to wear masks at all times while inside the mall.
Cleaning and sanitizing our common areas regularly with your safety as our priority, including our restrooms and food or dining areas.
Concierge
If you have inquiries or concerns, our concierge is located on the first floor. We have a pool of professionals to provide outstanding customer service in assisting visitors, guests, and customers.
If you see something, say something.
We are one with the national campaign "If You See Something, Say Something" to raise awareness on terrorism and terrorism-related crimes. Call 911 to report emergencies or suspicious activities. For other concerns, you may contact Lauderhill Mall at 954.581.5186.
We also advise guests to take proper precautions with their personal things by securing their vehicle doors and not leaving valuables, such as cell phones, handbags, wallets, and clothing, in plain sight.
Guests Health
Lauderhill Mall operates in accordance with the public health advisory of the State of Florida. Governor Ron DeSantis on the 3rd of May 2021 issued an executive order regarding the suspension of local COVID-19 restrictions, including the wearing of masks. Hence, our guests can enjoy roaming around the mall without the need for face masks.
Be advised that stores and restaurants have their own policies and we ask that you follow them.
We take the health and safety of our customers, retailers, and workers seriously. We will keep an eye on COVID-19-related advice from federal, state, and local health organizations, as well as government mandates.
